GIZ Step it Up for Gender Equality

The National Film and Video Foundation in partnership with UN Women and GIZ Step it Up for Gender Equality in South African media project will be presenting a research report titled: Towards Gender-Sensitivity Storytelling in South African Media-Hindering and Enabling Factors for more gender-sensitive and non-stereotyped content.

The study aims to improve understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the South African entertainment/ television sector in the process of creating and producing gender-sensitive and non-stereotyped stories.
