Inaugural World Trailer Awards

When credits roll at the end of a film or series, rarely are the talented professionals who create the trailers and marketing for the film itself recognized. These professionals are the unsung heroes of the entertainment industry, whose great work fuels the movie and streaming business, yet they largely remain anonymous.

The inaugural World Trailer Awards (WTA), which celebrates the best marketing concepts and creative executions across the global entertainment marketing industry in the Film, TV, Streaming, Gaming, Podcast/Radio and Social Media sectors, recently opening up its call for entry.  

The World Trailer Awards, in collaboration with AcclaimWorks, a globally recognised leader in awards management services, has extended its deadlines for entry. Regular entry is December 17, 2021, and Late entry is January 7, 2022. The winners will be announced in February 2022 live from the Loule Theatre in the Algarve in Portugal.
