Pretoria High Court Hands Down Judgement in Analogue Switch-Off Case

On the 27th of March 2025, the High Court in Pretoria ordered the government not to switch off the analogue signal at the end of March. The judgement is a resounding victory for advocacy groups, and the millions of vulnerable South Africans that would have been denied their right to have access to news and information.
